Encontro muitos amigos a queixarem-se sobre maus clientes e o quanto os odeiam (naturalmente). Mas em vez, de escrever outro daqueles textos ranhosos que são tao populares por mandarem ainda mais abaixo esses tão aclamados maus clientes e a sua capacidade de não entenderem o que é "básico" para nós, eu decidi ser do contra e escrever sobre o quão benéficos eles são.
